Some courts don't necessarily required to be completely resurfaced. When a court has minor surface cracks these can sometimes be repaired without having to resurface the entire court.
Pressure washing can sometimes bring a tired looking court back to life, special attention should be used when using a pressure washer as too much pressure can damage the surface. It is recommended to use a waterbroom to regularly clean a court.
